Easy Way to Perform Full-Body Exercise That Can Save Your Time

If you're short on time but still want to get a full-body workout, try incorporating these five exercises into your routine. These exercises are designed to work multiple muscle groups at once, maximizing your time and effort.

Burpees

Burpees are a high-intensity exercise that work your legs, core, arms, and cardiovascular system all at once. To do a burpee, start in a standing pose. Lower your body down into a squat position and put your hands on the ground. Jump your feet back into a plank position, and then lower your chest down towards the ground. Push back up to a plank position and jump your feet back up towards your hands. Stand up and repeat.

Squat To Press

This exercise combines a squat with an overhead press to work your legs, core, and shoulders all at once. Begin by holding a couple of free weights at shoulder level. Lower your body down into a squat position, and then push back up as you press the dumbbells overhead. Lower the hand weights down to bear level and rehash.

Plank to Push-Up

This exercise works your core, chest, and arms all at once. Begin in a board position with your hands on the ground and your feet shoulder-width separated. Lower your chest down towards the ground and then push back up to the starting position. Repeat for several reps.

Lunges With Bicep Curl

This exercise combines a lunge with a bicep curl to work your legs, core, and arms all at once. Start by holding a pair of dumbbells at your sides. Step forward with one leg and lower your body down into a rush position. As you push back up, curl the dumbbells towards your shoulders. Repeat on the other side.

Mountain Climbers

Mountain climbers are a high-intensity cardio exercise that also works your core, arms, and legs. Begin in a board position with your hands on the ground and your feet shoulder-width separated. Bring one knee up towards your chest and then quickly switch, bringing the other knee up towards your chest. Continue alternating back and forth for several reps.

By incorporating these full-body exercises into your routine, you can save time and get a well-rounded workout in less time.
